Responsibilities

• Establishes contact with potential candidates in target markets;
• Builds relationships with Originator, Sales Manager, Branch Manager recruits and other industry professionals who can conduit to candidates;
• Attracts candidates through calls, emails, CRM campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and other methods to contact candidates;
• Determines and understands candidate or branch qualifications; performs due diligence and assesses personnel economics, quality and reputation;
• Directs and arranges next steps such as discovery calls with management, round table sessions and warm handoff to Branch Manager for onboarding;
• Abides by company core values in marketing approach; persona held out to the market and looked for in candidates.
