Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mortgage industry recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Loan Officers or mortgage professionals.
• Strong understanding of mortgage banking and market dynamics.
• Ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with mortgage professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and recruit Loan Officers at different career stages.
• Source, engage, and cultivate relationships with active and passive mortgage professionals.
• Maintain an active pipeline through networking, referrals, social media, and events.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination.
• Partner with SalesLeadership to align priorities and candidate fit.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding.
