Job Description

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us recruit top talent.

What you will do:

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting of a variety of positions, inclusive of job description development, meeting with the hiring leader on sourcing strategies, contact and qualification of candidates, presentation of candidates to hiring leader, scheduling of interviews, offer guidance/preparation/negotiation and onboarding.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
• Utilize a variety of passive candidate sourcing techniques including NMLS, referrals, industry association events, open houses, job fairs, job boards, employee referral programs, and relevant personal and professional networking sites.
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the external and internal job posting process.
• Work within our applicant tracking system, Taleo, and ensure the applicant activity is updated accordingly.
• Compliance – consistent application of HR and recruitment best practices and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Travel as needed to support the staffing requirements in California and Texas.
