EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Director - Technology (Google) to drive revenue and expand EPAM's footprint within the Google account in the Bay Area.

You will act as the dedicated account-based seller, leveraging deep knowledge of Google's priorities to identify and grow opportunities, positioning EPAM as a strategic transformation partner across digital, data, cloud, and AI. Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT sales / business development with named/strategic accounts.
• Proven track record closing new business in organizations with $2B+ in sales.
• Experience selling IT services into Alphabet/Google or within Google.

Responsibilities

• Own account growth within the Google account, driving expansion across business units.
• Identify and convert whitespace opportunities across underpenetrated teams within the account.
• Build and execute a strategic account penetration plan aligned to Google's priorities.
• Develop senior stakeholder relationships (Director, VP and C-suite) within the Google account.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Proactively generate pipeline through targeted outreach and industry forums.
