Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a senior executive to lead the North America Google Cloud Business Group. You will own strategy, P&L, and the partner relationship with Google Cloud NA, driving revenue growth and a scalable specialist community across the Americas.

You will shape joint go-to-market, oversee co-sell and field activation, and build a high-performing NA GBG team. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cloud consulting, technology services, or enterprise software with strong commercial/go-to-market track record in North America
• Experience leading or scaling a cloud platform/business with full P&L responsibility at a SI/consulting/tech company, ideally at Senior Director/VP level
• Executive presence with senior client/partner/internal stakeholders, capable of C-suite collaboration

Responsibilities

• Define and execute North America Google Cloud business strategy, portfolio, and competitive positioning
• Own NA P&L for Google Cloud GBG, managing revenue, margin, and pipeline targets
• Lead joint business plan with Google Cloud NA leadership, aligning commercial objectives with regional sales motion
• Drive co-sell execution and orchestration of pursuit strategies for major NA opportunities
• Build new offerings at the intersection of EPAM engineering and Google Cloud platform
• Maintain a measurable NA pipeline with EPAM account teams and Google Cloud field sellers
• Represent EPAM with Google Cloud NA leadership across events, alliances, and escalations
• Lead the NA GBG team with practice leads, solution architects, and partner managers
