Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cloud consulting, technology services, or enterprise software.
• Proven success leading/scaling a cloud platform or technology services business with full P&L responsibility.
• Executive presence with senior client, partner, and internal stakeholders.
• Deep command of Google Cloud ecosystem, partner programs, and co-sell motions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Google Cloud business strategy for North America across the US and Canada.
• Own the North America P&L for the Google Cloud Business Group, with revenue, margin, and pipeline targets.
• Lead joint business planning with Google Cloud North America and EPAM field leadership.
• Drive co-sell execution and orchestrate pursuit strategy from qualification to deal closure.
• Develop new Google Cloud-aligned solutions tailored to NA market demand.
• Build a high-performing North America GBG team and establish clear roles and accountability.
