CBIZ is seeking a Tax Transformation Leader to drive strategic initiatives across Tax Operations and Internal Technology. You will lead a high-performing team, develop roadmaps, and deliver data-driven advisory capabilities while partnering with stakeholders company-wide.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in tax transformation/technology within multinational or professional services environments, with strong leadership and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in tax transformation/technology and tax compliance/advisory.
• Public accounting experience with mid to large size organizations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Roadmap development with Tax and Internal Technology to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Define Tax Transformation strategy, OKRs, and KPIs with Tax.
• Stakeholder management and progress communication across the organization.
• Develop business cases with ROI analysis aligned to goals.
• Guide enterprise system delivery with technology and domain expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize cross-platform use.
• Implement analytics, automation, and AI to empower tax teams with insights.
• Streamline and standardize tax processes leveraging automation and workflow tech.
• Build and develop a high-performing transformation team.
• Lead cross-functional projects ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships for high-quality solutions.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for new tech and processes.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies.
