Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Tax Digital Transformation & Innovation Product Management Senior Manager to oversee the lifecycle of proprietary tech solutions for the tax practice and client delivery. You will lead a cross-functional team, shape the roadmap, and ensure successful launches in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires deep tax and technology product development expertise, with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade tax applications that enable professional services delivery.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in tax and/or technology product management, required.
• Four or more years of experience in tax, preferred.
• Four or more years of experience in technology product management with a track record of launching and managing product, preferred.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and individuals, preferred.
• Experience with process design and/or improvement, preferred.
• Experience serving in a product management/product owner role for enterprise-grade tax applications that support the delivery of professional services, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the vision and product roadmap aligned with tax practice strategy.
• Manages product scope, budget, and timeline.
• Leads the product team in delivering value.
• Coordinates with Value Management Office to track business value.
• Oversees requirements/user stories and product testing plans.
• Coordinates with tax practice and technical teams for release logistics.
