Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC seeks a Tax Technology Transformation Leader to advance the Tax Practice's operations through technology, process improvement, and innovation. You will work with Tax leadership, the Business Transformation function and IT to identify opportunities, build a transformation roadmap, and drive adoption of AI and automation across the tax workflow.

The role reports to the Tax Service Line Leader with dotted line to the Chief Transformation Officer, offering high visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Seven+ years tax or accounting experience in a public accounting firm.
• Proven change management, process improvement or tech implementation experience.
• Proficiency with AI tools, automation platforms and MS Office; Alteryx/Power BI valued.
• Experience with in-person and virtual group facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tax leadership to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a transformation roadmap aligned with tech strategy.
• Lead redesign and automation of inefficient processes within the Tax practice.
• Support platform implementations, integrations and governance for tax tech tools.
• Drive adoption and change management across the organization.
