Job summary

CPA.com is seeking a Director, Tax Professional Services to lead practice transformation, enablement, and workshop delivery across a nationwide tax advisory program.

You will coach firm leadership, facilitate sessions, and shape technology adoption within CPA.com’s Tax Transformation Framework, collaborating with internal teams and partners.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in tax/advisory, strong facilitation and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in tax, advisory services, or firm transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support TAS practice transformation, coaching, and enablement aligned with the Tax Transformation Framework.
• Coordinate with firm leadership to define TAS vision, priorities, and operating models.
• Lead workshops, webinars, and onsite engagements; develop enablement content and playbooks.
• Bridge TAS strategy with technology adoption and Marketplace Community initiatives.
• Mentor firm leaders and Tax professionals; drive accountability on strategic roadmaps.
