Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Tax Technology Transformation Leader to accelerate the Tax Practice’s delivery through technology, process improvement and innovation. You will partner with Tax leadership, Business Transformation and IT to identify inefficiencies and drive adoption of tools and platforms that enhance client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; IT/Data Analytics is a plus.
• 7+ years of tax or accounting experience in a public accounting firm.
• Experience with change management, process improvement or technology implementation.
• Proficiency with AI tools, automation platforms, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Experience with facilitating in-person and virtual group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop transformation strategy and prioritize opportunities across the Tax practice.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives and track KPIs.
• Oversee technology enablement and governance for tax platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with IT, data teams and leadership to implement solutions.
• Drive change management and effective communication across stakeholders.
