Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer in Pasadena to identify and engage qualified candidates, building pipelines across functions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related role.
• Experience using LinkedIn or similar platforms to identify and engage candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other recruiting tools to identify qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Perform initial candidate outreach through messaging, email, and networking efforts.
• Review resumes and profiles to assess alignment with role requirements.
• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline progress to support recruiting metrics and reporting.
• Research industry trends, talent markets, and competitor organizations to identify talent pools.
• Support employer branding efforts by promoting opportunities and engaging passive candidates.
• Assist recruiters with scheduling screenings or coordinating candidate communication as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.
