You will translate requirements into sourcing signals, build robust pipelines, and engage top engineers with personalized outreach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-growth tech company.
• Proven success hiring senior, staff, principal-level engineers and managers.
• Strong technical aptitude to interpret complex engineering roles.
• Expertise with boolean search and advanced sourcing methods.
• Proficient with modern sourcing tools and AI-assisted approaches.
• Experience with market mapping, talent pool analysis, and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and tech leaders to translate requirements into sourcing criteria.
• Size TAM, map markets, and size talent pools for niche technical roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing plans using account lists aligned to Discord's architecture.
• Execute customized sourcing strategies and engage passive talent at scale.
• Collaborate with recruiters and leaders to optimize team composition.
• Craft personalized outreach that resonates with senior engineers and leaders.
• Manage candidate experience from outreach through handoff to recruiter.
• Represent Discord at events and build long-term talent communities.
• Maintain pipeline health metrics and demonstrate ROI with data.
