Job summary

Systel, Sugar Land, TX, seeks a proactive Recruiter to manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process across production, engineering, technical, and administrative staffing. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract top candidates for a variety of roles.

You will build and maintain robust candidate pipelines, conduct screenings and interviews, and coordinate offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, technical, engineering, or production roles preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce planning, and desired candidate profiles.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for manufacturing positions such as production operators, technicians, engineers, and skilled trades.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, staffing agencies, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
