• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a high-growth tech company environment.
• Demonstrated success hiring senior, staff, principal-level engineers, and engineering managers in competitive markets.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand complex engineering roles and translate requirements into sourcing signals.
• Expertise with boolean search and advanced sourcing methods (including x-ray, GitHub/repo mining, conference tracking).
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Gem, GitHub, and Greenhouse.
• Market mapping and talent-pool analysis to inform hiring strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management to influence technical hiring teams.
• Strong pipeline management for multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments.
• Experience sourcing developers, full-stack engineers, and feature development roles.
• Data-driven mindset to track metrics and adjust strategies.
