Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a recruiter to partner with sales teams and clients to define strategic hiring objectives and develop tailored sourcing strategies. You will build pipelines, assess candidates for fit, guide onboarding, and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of recruiting experience, especially in IT/engineering, with strong communication, industry knowledge, and proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with at least five years of recruiting experience (or equivalent).
• Experience recruiting for information technology and/or engineering roles within staffing, consulting, services, or human resources industries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales staff and clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Analyze hiring needs, determine best recruiting methods, and deploy targeted sourcing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruiting best practices.
• Build a network of industry contacts through professional associations and networks.
• Administer job postings in various systems and maintain candidate relationships.
• Assess candidates for qualification, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS and document activity accurately.
• Develop relationships with clients and business leaders.
• Respond to candidate/client inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Complete hiring/onboarding processes in line with client requirements.
• Ensure compliance and safety requirements are met.
• Participate in special projects and act as escalation point in absence of management.
• Mentor and coach teammates where applicable.
