Job summary

Progress Residential PM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr. Recruiting Sourcer to build talent pipelines across the company. You will leverage sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and candidate outreach to present strong candidates to our recruiting team and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, maintain a robust ATS-driven process, and help organize recruitment events. A2C culture emphasizes growth, teamwork, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in corporate or agency environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and recruiting-related apps.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and social media tools.
• Strong Boolean search skills and data-driven market intelligence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage a robust pipeline and multitask.
• Proven results in developing sourcing strategies for high-performing hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for requisitions up to executive level; set strategy and campaigns for roles.
• Develop relationships with candidates and ensure prompt, respectful communication.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and goals.
• Provide updates to key stakeholders throughout the sourcing process.
• Improve sourcing processes and contribute to team advancement.
• Maintain data via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Source candidates from networks, databases, referrals, and passive candidates.
• Use metrics to track pipelines and report progress.
• Organize in-house and external recruitment events to attract top talent.
