Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. You will leverage LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, and proactive outreach to build strong talent pipelines.

In this fast-paced role, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, and use Boolean search techniques to uncover top talent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, and other recruiting platforms.
• Utilize Boolean search and other proactive sourcing techniques.
• Review resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activity in the ATS.
