Job summary

Vizient is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic sourcing and pipeline development for critical and hard-to-fill roles. You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to identify, engage, and nurture top talent aligned with current and future workforce needs.

This role emphasizes market intelligence, diverse sourcing, and full lifecycle engagement—from initial outreach to ongoing relationship building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience, with emphasis on proactive pipeline development.
• Proven success sourcing for complex, specialized, or senior-level roles.
• Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and competitive talent landscapes.
• Advanced proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, research platforms, etc.)
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact roles.
• Build proactive pipelines aligned to workforce planning priorities and trends.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify competitive talent pools.
• Develop and manage talent communities for ongoing engagement.
• Partner with TA Partners and hiring leaders to understand role requirements and business drivers.
• Provide labor market intelligence, competitive insights, and talent availability data.
• Advise on sourcing strategies that align with diversity and inclusion goals.
• Support intake meetings with market perspective and recommended search strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and ensure compliance.
• Continuously explore new sourcing channels and tools to improve results.
