Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Technology Recruiter to build strong relationships with active and passive IT candidates and to fill project and direct-hire roles across the IT spectrum. You will work with Business Development Managers to deliver top talent for roles from Help Desk to Network Engineering and CIO/CTO level positions.

You will interview, assess, and present candidates, while negotiating pay rates and expanding outreach through events and networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years of technology recruiting experience.
• Active involvement in IT communities or networking groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, interview, and evaluate candidates for client opportunities.
• Foster long-term relationships with IT professionals and attend local events.
• Review and present resumes to meet client expectations.
• Develop strategies to qualify candidates through tools or networks.
• Negotiate pay rates with consultants based on position requirements.
• Meet with candidates in person or virtually to assess qualifications.
• Collaborate with sales to drive delivery strategy for consultants and candidates.
