Wilson seeks a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative team. You will act as trusted advisor to clients and candidate advocate, delivering top talent through cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence.

The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for hire across our client base. You will build networks, manage the bench, and drive submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting, including market research, passive sourcing, internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop a proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain reports and ATS data.
