Responsibilities

Oversee the selection process: identify and assess candidates, conduct initial phone screens, facilitate interviews, and gather feedback from clients and candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and bench management.
Develop a proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes to add value.
Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
Update and maintain ATS data and related reports.
