• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to exceed performance expectations and implement feedback.
• Keep the recruiting pipeline in mind and communicate it clearly to others.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Execute recruitment strategies including clear articulation of RPO and client relationships.
• Demonstrates flexibility and prioritization in shifting directions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate selection including identifying, screening, interviewing, and gathering feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and handle objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update ATS data and related administrative reports.
