Job summary

Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocate for candidates, guiding them through sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommendation for hire.

You will build networks, manage the recruiting process, and develop proactive strategies to identify top talent, while maintaining relationships and delivering strong submit-to-interview and offer ratios. This is a 12-month contract project.

• Execute recruitment strategies including RPO and client relationships.

• Proficient with MS Office, applicant tracking systems and social media.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process: identify and assess candidates, conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews and gather feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and handle objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update ATS data and related administrative reports.
