Job summary

Wilson HR seeks a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a strong advocate for candidates, delivering top talent through sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering recommendations.

You will identify and assess candidates, build networks via market research, and develop proactive strategies to meet weekly submission and hire goals while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruiting skills including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Ability to meet metrics in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong pipeline management and client/candidate communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback gathering.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network via market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent to clients and manage objections during the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
