Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and closing of candidates.
• Effective communication of recruitment pipeline to clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate screening, interviews, and feedback collection.
• Build networks via market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies for passive/active candidates.
• Present top talent and address objections in hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections and compensation.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and meet submit/hire goals.
• Maintain ATS data and related administrative tasks.
• Support a temporary project increase with potential extension.
