Job summary

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Recruiter for Warehouse and Supply Chain, onsite in Irving, TX. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify and hire qualified talent, focusing on Technician and Mechanic roles.

Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, maintaining an ATS, ensuring EEO compliance, and improving process efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's in Business/HR or 2-4 years recruiting experience; proficiency with MS Office and ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or 2–4 years recruiting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR personnel throughout the recruiting and talent acquisition process, including obtaining required hiring approvals.
• Develop recruiting strategies and talent pipelines through trade schools, vocational schools, and other sourcing channels, particularly for Technician and Mechanic roles.
