Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce planning needs, and desired candidate profiles.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for manufacturing positions such as production operators, technicians, engineers, and skilled trades.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, staffing agencies, and networking.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruiting records and reports in ATS; support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Attend job fairs and industry events to build talent pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
