Job summary

Uline’s Texas Branch in Irving, TX, is seeking a Recruiter to join on-site. You will work with a collaborative team and hiring leaders to fill roles from entry-level to technical in a fast-growing warehouse operation.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, building sourcing strategies, and delivering a stellar candidate experience that aligns with Uline’s culture. Travel to job fairs and events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Willingness to travel to job fairs and field locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for warehouse operation roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social media and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience reflecting Uline’s culture.
• Expand network with agencies, universities and organizations.
