Foundation Academies in Trenton, New Jersey seeks a Senior Talent Recruiter (Partnerships & Pipeline) to build a diverse, high-caliber educator pipeline. You will lead external partnerships, run full-cycle searches, and serve as a connector and data-driven closer to fill instructional roles on time.

You’ll own relationships with universities, residency programs, and professional associations, design sourcing strategies, and collaborate with leadership to ensure equity and timely hires for FA’s

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years full-cycle recruiting, with demonstrated success sourcing passive talent and closing hard-to-fill instructional roles.
• Proven record building external partnerships that convert to hires.
• Experience recruiting for K-12 or mission-driven organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and partnership development with universities and associations.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for priority instructional roles and close hires.
• Act as talent advisor to hiring managers and refine interview scorecards.
• Own events, branding and community presence to bolster pipeline.
