Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Senior Talent Pipeline Recruiter to lead strategic sourcing and build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to guide on talent availability and market dynamics, while deploying data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.

The role may involve full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles, with 25% travel to job sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in talent sourcing, corporate recruiting, or HR.
• Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Experience filling high-priority, niche, or hard-to-fill roles under tight timelines.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to shift priorities quickly in fast-changing environments.
• Experience using ATS and CRM systems to manage pipelines and candidate relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong networking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
