Job summary

Success Academy is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our Network team and manage recruitment across the Network, partnering with enterprise leaders to fill critical roles. You will own end-to-end processes, develop data-driven sourcing strategies, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and represent our mission as a brand ambassador across our NYC-based hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse or similar).
• Experience identifying trends and leveraging data to develop sourcing strategies.
• Ability to act as a Talent Acquisition Advisor to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for network roles from sourcing to closing.
• Partner with leaders to define hiring goals and create data-driven sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates via networking, job boards, social media, and professional orgs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience regardless of outcome.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and best practices.
• Act as a brand ambassador to communicate Success Academy's mission and culture.
