Success Academy Charter Schools in New York City is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our Network team. This role partners with enterprise leaders to manage recruitment across the Network, influencing schools and thousands of students served.

The position requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ATS proficiency (Greenhouse), and strong data-driven sourcing skills. It is a hybrid NYC-based role with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting, preferably for tech roles.
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse or a similar tool).
• Experience identifying trends and leveraging data to develop sourcing strategies.
• Ability to think as a true Talent Acquisition Advisor.
• Remarkable organizational skills and a drive to improve efficiency.
• High standards for quality of work and continuous improvement.
• Ability to build relationships and navigate challenging situations.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner with leadership to understand team needs, define hiring goals, and create sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and professional orgs.
• Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience.
• Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers on market trends and compensation.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Success Academy, communicating mission and culture.
