Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience advising and partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting hard-to-find or niche talent.
• Experience building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems.
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and labor market data.
• Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Own recruiting efforts from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and support structured interview methodologies.
• Track recruiting metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliant documentation.
