• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and guide clients through final selections.
• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment processes focusing on adding value for the client.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Update and maintain reports and ATS data.
