ENFRA is hiring a Senior Corporate Recruiter in Charlotte, NC. The role partners with business leaders to identify talent needs and craft sourcing strategies across Commercial Construction, Engineering, and Energy roles.

The position emphasizes candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, and data-driven recruiting practices. You will drive end-to-end recruitment and collaborate with HR to align workforce planning with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Recruiting/HR experience and a 4-year degree in business or related field OR 7+ years Recruiting/HR experience with a HS diploma/GED.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition trends.
• Ability to innovate and generate new ideas for recruiting talent.
• Ability to influence others and build strategic partnerships with hiring leaders.
• Excellent computer skills including ATS systems.
• Expert Internet search tools and Internet sourcing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and work beyond scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strategic partnerships with business leaders to understand talent needs and assess cultural fit.
• Develops recruiting, marketing, and sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates.
• Recruits talent for Commercial Construction, Engineering, and Energy roles.
• Uses intake meetings to define requirements and recruiting strategy with Hiring Managers.
• Defines and executes sourcing strategies via social media, networks, referrals, and job boards.
• Partners with hiring managers to streamline recruiting processes and improve candidate experience.
• Promotes diversity and inclusion in recruitment strategies to reach diverse talent pools.
• Develops, tracks, and publishes metrics for talent acquisition programs.
