ENFRA is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to partner with business leaders to attract and acquire top talent for Commercial Construction, Engineering, and Energy roles. You will guide sourcing strategies and craft a compelling candidate experience across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Recruiting/HR experience and a 4-year degree, or HS + 7+ years experience.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition trends.
• Ability to innovate and generate recruiting ideas.
• Ability to influence others and build partnerships with hiring leaders.
• Excellent computer skills including ATS systems.
• Expert Internet search and sourcing strategies.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and competitors.
• Willingness to handle duties outside the core scope as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic partnerships with business leaders to understand talent needs.
• Create recruiting, marketing, and sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates.
• Recruit talent for Commercial Construction, Engineering, and Energy professional roles.
• Use intake meetings to define requirements with Hiring Managers and set delivery expectations.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies using social media, networks, and job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers to streamline recruiting processes and positive candidate experiences.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion is integrated into recruitment strategies.
• Develop, track, and publish metrics to evaluate talent acquisition health.
• Manage offers and negotiations from pre-close to final closing.
• Workforce planning, candidate tracking, interviews, and data collection on internal candidates.
