Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to partner with business and HR leaders to identify, attract, and close top talent for Commercial Construction, Engineering, and Energy roles.

You will drive talent strategy, manage intake meetings, leverage social networks and job boards, ensure diverse pipelines, and monitor metrics to optimize programs while guiding candidates through offers and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting/HR experience required.
• 4-year degree in business or related field, or 7+ years if HS diploma.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition trends.
• Ability to influence hiring leaders and build strategic partnerships.
• Excellent computer skills including ATS systems.
• Experience with Internet search tools and sourcing strategies.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with business leaders to assess talent needs.
• Create recruiting, marketing, and sourcing strategies to find candidates.
• Recruit for Commercial Construction, Engineering, and Energy roles.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers through intake meetings to define requirements.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies across social media, networks, and job boards.
• Streamline recruiting processes to create positive candidate experiences.
• Develop and publish metrics on talent acquisition program health.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and closing of candidates.
• Workforce planning, candidate tracking, interviews, and offers data collection.
