Job summary

ENFRA LLC, a leader in energy infrastructure, seeks a Senior Corporate Recruiter to partner with internal and external stakeholders, align talent strategy with business goals, and drive end-to-end recruitment for Construction, Engineering, and Energy roles.

You will design sourcing strategies, manage offers, and ensure inclusive recruitment practices while maintaining a strong stakeholder network and data-driven performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Recruiting/HR experience required and a 4-year degree in business or other related field or High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years Recruiting/HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition trends.
• The ability to innovate and come up new ideas around recruiting talent.
• The ability to influence others and build strategic partnerships with hiring leaders.
• Excellent computer skills including ATS systems.
• Expert Internet search tools and Internet sourcing strategies.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strategic partnerships with business leaders to understand talent needs and assess cultural fit.
• Leverages knowledge of talent needs to create recruiting, marketing, and sourcing strategies.
• Recruit talent for Commercial Construction, Engineering, and Energy professional roles.
• Uses intake meetings to define requirements and align recruiting strategy.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies using social media, networks, and job boards.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to streamline the recruiting processes and improve candidate experience.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion practices are integrated into recruitment.
• Develop, implement, track, and publish metrics for talent acquisition programs.
• Manage offers and negotiations, including pre-closing and closing.
• Workforce planning with business partners and data collection on internal candidates.
