Job summary

OmniForce Solutions is seeking a Talent Manager in Missouri City, TX to design, implement and oversee talent management programs, including performance, reviews, succession and assessment practices. Reporting to the CHRO, you will drive strategic company-wide initiatives and partner with HRBPs to elevate internal talent.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in talent management within a global, matrix environment, strong leadership, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in talent management in global/matrix environment.
• People leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience designing scalable performance, talent reviews and succession programs.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and optimization of performance management processes.
• Develop talent review processes to identify top talent and provide view to leadership.
• Create succession planning approaches for executive and non-executive talent.
• Partner with HR to embed a behavioral framework across assessments and promotion processes.
• Work with data teams to measure progress and impact of programs.
• Advise executive leadership on talent management needs and solutions.
• Lead initiatives to develop and retain talent across the company.
• Evolve processes for tracking and promoting talent, including high potential leadership.
