Job summary

Community Connections, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Management to lead the Talent Management staff and drive people strategies across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will partner with leaders to hire, develop, and retain high‑performing teams while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and maintaining HRIS systems and program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of human resource management experience preferred.
• Experience coaching staff and managers, documenting issues and investigations.
• Experience with benefits management and credentialing/Provider enrollment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Management staff and day-to-day TM operations.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes.
• Manage benefits, compensation, audits, and compliance tasks.
• Support leave administration and HR compliance programs.
