Job summary

Omni is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition to build and lead the TA function across multiple regions.

You will design recruiting workflows, implement ATS/AI-enabled sourcing tools, and optimize candidate experiences while supporting hiring needs globally. You will partner with HR leadership to scale processes, manage vendors, and align talent strategies with business objectives in a hybrid, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including scaling TA processes.
• Experience implementing ATS/TA technology and AI-driven tools.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries/regions (US required).

Responsibilities

• Design and lead global TA workflows, interview processes, and candidate experience standards.
• Evaluate core TA tech stack and AI-enabled sourcing tools with HR leadership.
• Partner with leaders to meet hiring targets across functions and regions.
