Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Talent Management Partner Lead to drive succession readiness, talent reviews, and development programs within the Global Talent Management COE.

You will partner with HRBPs to translate data into actions that strengthen critical talent pipelines across North America. As a people leader, you will build and mentor a growing team, set clear goals, and deliver measurable outcomes by aligning talent strategy with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in talent management/OD.
• Experience designing and facilitating talent reviews and HiPo programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior HR partners on talent strategy and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive succession readiness and build robust pipelines for key roles.
• Lead identification, assessment, and development of HiPo talent via reviews with HRBPs.
• Partner with HRBPs on talent strategy and critical role planning.
• Translate talent data into actionable insights for HR leadership.
• Lead and develop the Talent Management Partners team and set operating rhythms.
