Job summary

OmniForce Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Generalist to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles and help shape our early careers strategy, including internship programs and campus recruiting.

The ideal candidate is organized, stakeholder-focused, and experienced in coordinating onboarding, evaluations, and program materials while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, HR Development, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, or recruiting coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating or maintaining recruiting, onboarding, interview, or program-related materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an applicant tracking system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for the corporate internship program, coordinating logistics from offer acceptance through program completion.
• Coordinate intern orientation, professional development opportunities, networking events, mentorship, and other engagement activities.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to coordinate intern evaluations, conversion discussions, and program feedback.
• Develop and maintain internship materials, handbooks, onboarding guides, and related documentation.
• Track intern headcount, participation, conversion rates, and program outcomes.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and establish effective interview and selection processes.
• Develop interview guides, evaluation tools, and other recruiting resources to improve consistency and hiring quality.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
