Job summary

Omni is seeking a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to design and lead a global TA function, shaping recruiting processes, technology, and vendor strategy. This hands-on role blends process design with tactical execution across multiple regions and functions.

Responsibilities include implementing TA workflows, evaluating ATS/CRM tools, and developing scalable interview processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in TA, experience with multi-country recruitment, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including scale-up or stand-alone environments.
• Experience supporting selection or implementation of ATS and recruiting technology, including AI-enabled tools.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries/regions (US required; Brazil, India, and/or EMEA a plus).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruiting workflows, policies, interview processes, and candidate experience standards for a global organization.
• Evaluate and implement core TA technology (ATS, sourcing tools, CRM, background check/assessment platforms).
• Develop a scalable interview and selection process with guides, scorecards, and hiring-manager enablement.
• Partner with leadership to meet hiring targets across corporate, manufacturing, sales, and international functions.
