Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience.
• Experience advising senior leadership to achieve objectives.
• Strong communication, influence, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, sourcing top talent.
• Develop workforce and succession planning aligned with PCAOB goals.
• Collaborate with HR Leadership to deliver solutions across the employee lifecycle.
• Utilize Workday to manage candidate life-cycle and analytics.
• Drive process improvements and technology-enabled efficiencies.
