PCAOB seeks an Associate Director, HR Delivery in Washington, DC to lead Total Rewards and Performance Management, driving modernization and analytics across HR. The role partners with senior leaders to execute strategy, manage budget, and advance investor protection through effective human capital initiatives.

You will guide change, leverage Workday and AI tools, and ensure robust governance, policy alignment, and staff development in a high-impact, mission-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in human resources, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 15+ years human resources experience.
• Strong background in Total Rewards and Performance Management, with focus on change management and HR analytics.
• Ability to lead transformation leveraging Workday and AI concepts in day-to-day work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership of Total Rewards and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with CHRO and leaders to align HR priorities with strategy.
• Redesign Performance Management with a pay-for-performance approach.
• Drive OHR modernization using technology, automation, and AI tools.
• Develop and report OHR performance measures.
• Support enterprise-wide policy development with GC and HR partners.
• Assist CHRO with OHR budgeting and financial planning.
• Supervise staff and mentor team members.
