Job summary

Community Connections is seeking a Talent Management Business Partner–Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruitment, build pipelines, and collaborate with managers across the organization. The role includes developing recruitment strategies and overseeing onboarding, with a hybrid work arrangement after an initial period.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in recruiting, strong communication skills, and experience with ATS and HRIS systems, supporting a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to establish rapport and professional relationships, inside and outside the organization, in support of recruitment efforts.
• Previous experience working with an applicant tracking system.
• Previous experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define openings, requisitions, and postings.
• Manage relationships with recruiting platforms and agencies.
• Oversee full life cycle recruitment across the organization from screening to offers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks and HRIS enrollment.
• Source candidates through job fairs, networking, and social media to build pipelines.
