Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Program Manager to lead enterprise talent management programs, governance, and analytics.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure scalable, data-informed processes across performance, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning. The role requires strategic design, operational excellence, and strong project management to advance leadership effectiveness and organizational readiness, while leveraging AI-enabled tools

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR or related field.
• Experience owning or leading enterprise-wide talent programs and initiatives.
• Experience translating strategy into operational execution and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise process lead for core talent management programs with governance and analytics.
• Design and govern performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Lead development planning and high-potential identification processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and leaders to ensure scalable, data-informed programs.
