Job summary

Learning Consultant is partnering with an established organization in advanced manufacturing and technology to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager. The role leads employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations, while overseeing HR Administrators and Generalists and advising leaders.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on HR leadership, strong judgment, and extensive experience in sensitive employee-relations matters, investigations, and training.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on recruiting and employee relations experience.
• Leadership and people-management across multiple levels.
• Knowledge of employee-relations practices, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Discretion with sensitive information and independent work ability.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee-relations and recruiting activities with fair policy enforcement.
• Administer HR programs, policies, procedures, and employee-support initiatives.
• Develop and update HR policies and the employee handbook.
• Manage and coach HR Administrators and Generalists.
• Set departmental goals and drive process-improvement initiatives.
• Advise on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting including interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinate advertising, sourcing platforms, and external partners.
• Support training on interviewing, expectations, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
